Special Areas of Focus

  • Better accessing one’s creativity
One of my specialties is working with artists of all types. I have worked with many musicians, writers, film makers, and painters. And as an artist myself (writer, standup comedy, painting) I can offer guidance that comes from a lifetime of creative work.
  • Spirituality/Transpersonal Issues

Another speciality is helping people integrate their spiritual practice into their life. I have practiced the western spiritual tradition for over 20 years and have extensive experience in this tradition as well as various shamanic approaches to spirituality. Getting involved in intense spiritual work can sometimes cause mental instability as people are exposed to intense energies and anonymous realites. I can help people on a spiritual path navigate the rocky waters

In addition to the above I have experience helping people make sense of and integrate anomalous experiences (such as unusual encounters of a paranormal nature) and experiences with entheogenic plants (such as ayahuasca).

I also have experience helping clients who are going through what is now termed a “spiritual emergency.”

  • Dream Interpretation
I have many years experience working with client’s dreams, in groups, lectures and individual work. I take an eclectic approach to dream interpretation but have been most inspired by the work of Carl Jung. In addition to using dreams to help people gain more awareness of their unconscious dynamics, I also use dreams to help people access their creativity and enhance their spiritual practice.
  • Psycho-Spiritual Group
I have facilitated a psycho-spiritual support and practice group for over one year. The group is a great way to help provide mental stability and group support while undergoing intense spiritual practices. It is also a great way for people who are on a spiritual path, make sense of today’s chaotic times. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in possibly joining this group.
